Data Deletion Instructions
AutoBusiness merchants can schedule account deletion directly inside the iOS and Android apps from Business Profile.
Self-serve steps
• Open AutoBusiness on iPhone or Android and go to Business Profile.
• Scroll to Account Deletion and review the scheduled-deletion notice.
• Enter your current password, optionally leave a note, and confirm the destructive alert.
• The app schedules deletion 7 days in the future.
• Until that scheduled date, you can cancel from the same Account Deletion section in the mobile app.
What happens after the 7-day grace period
• Seller login access is disabled.
• Business workspace access is archived.
• Connected Facebook Page tokens are revoked and future syncing stops.
• Existing business records may remain retained where required for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or security reasons.
Email fallback
• If you cannot access the mobile app, email support@daamdekhi.com with subject “AutoBusiness deletion request” from your registered email address. We’ll verify ownership before processing.
• Security issues or mistaken data receipt: report immediately to security@daamdekhi.com and we will delete and remediate.
After deletion / retention
• We may retain minimal records required by law or needed for billing, tax, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, chargeback handling, or security investigations for the legally required period.
• Backups are overwritten on a routine cycle; deleted items fall out of backups during that cycle.
Facebook-specific
• When scheduled deletion is processed, connected Page tokens are revoked so the workspace can no longer sync Facebook Platform Data.
• If you create a new account later, any new Facebook connection requires fresh consent in Facebook’s dialog.
