Self-serve steps
Disconnect your Facebook Page
In Dashboard → Facebook Pages → Disconnect Page.
This revokes our Page access and stops future syncing.
Remove saved social posts (optional)
In Dashboard → Saved Social Posts → Discard any drafts you don’t want us to keep.
Remove products/campaigns (optional)
In Dashboard, delete items you no longer want to keep in your account.
Request account deletion
• Email support@daamdekhi.com (update if different) with subject “Delete my Daamdekhi account” from your registered email. We’ll verify ownership and confirm deletion.
• Deletion includes: your account profile, business profile, Page token(s), cached Facebook posts/comments/metrics we stored for your dashboard, and app-side analytics tied to your account.
• Security issues or mistaken data receipt: report immediately to security@daamdekhi.com and we will delete and remediate.
After deletion / retention
• We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g., billing/tax) for the legally required period.
• Backups are overwritten on a routine cycle; deleted items fall out of backups during that cycle.
Facebook-specific
• Disconnecting your Page (step 1) immediately prevents any further access to Facebook Platform Data for your Page.
• If you re-connect later, a new consent is required in Facebook’s dialog.
