Daamdekhi Auto Business (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides tools for small retailers to manage products, campaigns, a storefront, and Facebook Page publishing/moderation. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account data: name, email, phone (if provided), business profile (store name, currency, delivery options).

• Store data: products, campaigns, orders, customer reviews in your storefront.

• Facebook Page data (via Meta APIs): connected Page ID & name, Page access token, post IDs, post content you publish via our dashboard, comments and their metadata, engagement counts (reactions/comments summary), and insights metrics we request for the Page (e.g., post_impressions).

• Analytics events: device-type, referrer, approximate location (country), page views and basic storefront performance aggregates.

• Log data: IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs.

• To run core features: product/catalog management, campaigns, orders, storefront.

• To connect and operate your Facebook Page publishing & comment moderation that you explicitly initiate.

• To show basic performance (recent post reach, reactions/comments counts) to the Page admin.

• To secure the service (fraud checks, abuse prevention) and improve reliability.

• We use Facebook only to obtain Page permissions so you can publish posts and moderate comments from our dashboard. We do not use Facebook to sign you into our app.

• When you tap Connect Facebook Page, you choose a Page and grant Page permissions. We then store the resulting Page access token solely to perform the actions you trigger (publish, schedule, list posts, fetch comments, hide/unhide/delete, reply, read engagement and insights).

• Permissions we request (subject to App Review): pages_show_list, pages_read_user_content, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, pages_manage_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, business_management, read_insights.

• We do not sell Platform Data, and we use it only as described here and in accordance with Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies.

• We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the app (e.g., hosting, email, analytics), under contracts that restrict their use.

• We may share data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

• We do not share or sell Facebook Platform Data to third parties for their own purposes.

• Page access tokens are kept until you disconnect your Page or your account is deleted.

• Cached Facebook content (posts, comments, counts, insights snapshots) is kept only as needed to show your dashboard and is periodically pruned.

• Store/order data is retained for your business records unless you delete it or request account deletion.

• You can request deletion at any time (see How to request deletion below).

• We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the data’s sensitivity, including transport encryption, access controls, monitoring, and periodic reviews.

• Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children.

• You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from the dashboard to revoke our access and stop future syncing.

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at the contact below.

• For Page comments we sync: comment ID, author name, profile image (if provided by Graph), message, created time, and hide/unhide state. We also store our own AI labels (e.g., lead, question, profanity, hate-speech risk) to help you triage. These are visible only to Page admins in the dashboard.

• We use session cookies and/or local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic app preferences. You can clear these in your browser or device settings; clearing them may sign you out.

• Our infrastructure may process data in countries different from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum) to protect personal data during transfers.

• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing. Contact us at support@daamdekhi.com to exercise these rights.

• We do not sell your personal information or Facebook Platform Data.
