These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Daamdekhi Auto Business (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, apps, or services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and use the service for business purposes. The service is not directed to children.

You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Don’t misuse the service or break the law. No spam, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access limits. Don’t post or generate unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.

Our tools connect to your Facebook Page only after you explicitly grant permissions in Meta’s dialog. Functionality and availability depend on Meta’s APIs and policies, which may change or be limited at any time. You remain responsible for complying with Meta’s Platform Terms and the permissions you grant to our app.

Some features are paid. Prices, taxes, and billing cycles are shown in-app at checkout. We may update fees with reasonable notice for future cycles. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms may apply.

You can cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid term. Unless required by law, we don’t issue prorated refunds for partial periods or unused features.

You retain rights to content you upload or create. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service (e.g., saving post drafts, publishing to your Page, moderating comments).

The service, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. Using the service doesn’t give you any IP rights in it.

We integrate with third parties (e.g., Meta, payment processors). We aren’t responsible for their services or terms.

We may add, change, or discontinue features. We’ll try to give reasonable notice for changes that materially impact your use.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You’ll defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
